About
Minimalism is at the heart of the philosophy of our studio: naturalness, brevity, freedom and clean lines. Minimalism is a perfect sense of proportion, nothing superfluous and attention to details
The studio's philosophy is based on love for what you do, which is why we do not take all styles. We do not make "routine", but we pass each project through ourselves, put our soul into it, enjoy the process and therefore are fully interested in the final result. Only under such circumstances, the render turns out to be really effective and high-quality

Operating procedure
1. Discussion of the future project. Providing data: project squaring, stylistic decision (collages / references similar to your design) 2. Approval by us of the project by style 3. If the style is suitable, discussion of the start of work on the project 4. If, after the start of work, the designer disappears, the project ceases to be assigned to our studio, we have the right to take another one in its place 5. Providing the layout of the object for drawing up a contract 6. Drawing up a contract 7. Signing the contract and making an advance payment of 50% (for premises / floors / apartment or house as a whole) 8. Providing a complete technical assignment. If the TOR is not complete, this may increase the rendering time 9. Starting work on the room 10. Sending the first previews of the room (images made in a lower resolution than the final ones) 11. Formation of edits by the designer in one list 12. Making edits within 1-3 days (depending on the volume) 13. Rendering Second Previews and Sending Them 14. Formation by the designer of edits from the client in one list 15. Making edits within 1-3 days (depending on the volume) 16. Rendering the latest previews and sending them 17. Room matching, clean rendering 18. In case of non-approval of the premises, we make paid changes 19. Go to the rest of the rooms in the same order 20. In the case of payment by premises, the balance of payment (50%) is paid before sending clean renders to the premises 21. In case of payment for the entire object at once, the remaining payment (50%) is paid after the approval of the entire object and before sending clean renders for it 22. The act of acceptance of work is signed. The project is considered completed
TK example
NECESSARILY: Plans in dwg format: measured, arrangement of furniture, ceilings, floors, lighting Photo fixation of the object Reamers (for difficult sections of walls and furniture) Full description of the design concept (it can be collages + a file with links to furniture / materials / lighting or references with a detailed description + a file with links) · If possible, it is better to be guided by the 3ddd.ru site and throw off models from there (liked textures, materials, furniture), this reduces assembly time, if the model is not on the site, then you need to drop a link to the material / interior element from the Internet or send a reference).
WHEN POSSIBLE: The volume of the future apartment (3D model from REVIT / ARCHICAD / SKETCHUP) - this greatly speeds up the assembly and eliminates many questions, in which case a measurement plan is not needed. Wishes for the mood of the lighting and the background outside the window. IMPORTANT: so that the technical specification is complete and you don’t miss anything (missed moments delay the deadlines, as time is spent on clarifying inaccuracies), imagine that you are building your own object, go from the general to the particular. · Walls, ceilings, floors, skirting boards/shade joints - what they are by design, what kind of finish they have (apply references of color, materials). Windows, doors - their heights, their design, materials. · Heating, air conditioning, ventilation - where they are and how they look. · Artificial lighting - models and arrangement. · Curtains, carpets, moldings, fireplaces, mirrors, flowers, furniture, appliances, plumbing - links, references, design, dimensions, materials.

We have been cooperating with Anya for several months. We are running three projects in parallel. In her work, I appreciate: good taste, high-quality presentation, adherence to deadlines, competent work with technical specifications, communication skills. Anya lives the project with me, taking part in the development of key elements of the interior, which significantly speeds up and simplifies the work. In general, a very competent, stylish and promising specialist! I hope for a long and fruitful cooperation :)

During our joint work on several projects, we made sure that Anna is one of the most professional, loyal, polite and punctual specialists in the field of interior visualization with whom we collaborated. The work is always not only completed on time, but also executed at the highest aesthetic level, in detail, so much so that we practically do not have to edit. We wholeheartedly recommend cooperation with Anna and we are sure that in addition to the high-level result, you will also enjoy the communication with an expert in your field.
